Some of my more odd-ball eats:
- pieds de veau (thanks to Belle-Mère) - absolutely hideous
- tripoux (can you tell my belle famille is Aveyronaise?)
- rattlesnake from our California backyard (my Dad killed it and cooked it up cajun style)
- horse steak (again, Belle-Mère)
- mini snails
Why have olives for apéritif if you can have snails?
Beyond my weird taste-testing, I love love love love love to try new restaurants - especially in Paris.
