Oh La La J'adore - Sabrina

How cute are these?

I met the owners of Sabrina last night, Anya and Michel (friends of friends), - and now I want the bag on the right!!

We all went out to dinner at my favorite Turkish restaurant and talked about their boutique on rue du Temple.  Apparently this color was made specifically for their new bag collection and I'm loving it.  I'll be taking a trip next week because, well, I'm just not sure that I can live without this bag.  ps - Obviously I asked to see the insides of the bags - lots of pockets,  perfect for metro passes and all of the other stuff we cannot live without. I also asked to try them on (duh!) and they indulged me (merci!).

In the mood for a new bag or wallet? (they do men's bags too). You can find them here - or you can order online!:

Sac de Parisienne

As you know I've been dreaming of un nouveau sac for awhile now...my very own sac de parisienne.  A sac that can brave the metro, the Velib (remember how I'm a Femme de Fer??) and the streets of Paris, all while keeping my back from breaking with my sad little disc problème.

While walking along the rue des Francs Bourgeois yesterday, I happened upon this lovely number at the store Biscotte:

Soft leather - and black bien sur...goes with everything right?

A long "bandolière" strap so that I can be hands free on my Velib

little pocket, perfect for a Navigo metro pass (plus I love the lining!)

A funky pocket in the flap - plus there is a zipper into the main part...pickpocket proof!

Le Purse de la Parisienne

Oh la la - I love les Parisiennes and their lovely purses.  Perhaps I'm dreaming of the rentrée, when all little Frenchies get new school backpacks and all big Frenchies get new outfits and new autumn purses to go with them.

In any case, I'm on a purse hunt. I saw this gem on Rue du Pas de la Mule in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.  The paparazzi-photo doesn't do this vintage-y black bandoulière justice, just a hint of her red cigarette carton popping out the side.

Darn slow tourists - I couldn't get close enough for a better shot!
